BaseCamp is the core subscription service of the CampADK.com / New York State Campsite Photos website. It provides tools and resources to explore New York State campgrounds and make more informed camping decisions. While BaseCamp covers all types of campsites, it places slightly more emphasis on waterside options, with added photo coverage and categorization. BaseCamp enhances trip planning through rich visuals and detailed site information.

Personal Use Only
BaseCamp access is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing your login or redistributing any content from the website — including photos, text, or screenshots — through email, social media, or printed materials is strictly prohibited without written permission from Dave McGrath.

4. Intellectual Property

Ownership
All original content - including photos, graphics, notes, and layout - is owned by Dave McGrath and protected by intellectual property laws.
Some data (such as site numbers, sizes, and locations) comes from publicly available New York State sources and is provided for reference.

License
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view original content for personal use only.

5. Subscriptions

BaseCamp is a paid service. An active subscription is required to access the features above.
Subscriptions are billed annually and do not renew automatically. Users must manually renew.
All payments are handled via PayPal. BaseCamp does not collect or store any personal payment information.

6. Service Availability

We aim for consistent access, but occasional outages may occur due to updates or technical issues. Continuous uptime is not guaranteed.

7. Termination

Account Termination
Dave McGrath may terminate accounts without notice for violating these terms.

Effect of Termination
Access to premium content is revoked immediately upon termination.

8. Refund Policy

BaseCamp subscriptions are non-refundable. We recommend reviewing all features before subscribing to ensure the service meets your needs. That said, we understand mistakes happen. If you accidentally subscribed or did not intend to complete your purchase, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe. Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. About the Data

Cancellation info comes from third-party sources and user contributions. It’s provided as-is and may not always be complete or accurate. You are responsible for how you use it.

3. Pro Add-On Availability & Risk

The BaseCamp Pro Add-On relies on external systems for cancellation data. Access to these systems may change or be interrupted without notice. Continued access to BaseCamp Pro features is not guaranteed. By subscribing, you accept this risk and agree that BaseCamp is not liable for missed alerts or booking opportunities.

4. No Refunds

Because the BaseCamp Pro Add-On is offered for a such a modest fee, and relies on access to third-party data, the Pro fee is non-refundable. No refunds will be issued, even if one or more Pro features become unavailable.

5. Fair Use Limits

To ensure equal access for all members, reasonable daily limits apply to how many cancellation results you can view.

6. E-Alert Volume

To keep BaseCamp affordable, E-Alert delivery is subject to quota limits. BaseCamp reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time to manage operating costs, ensure fair usage, and maintain system performance. Additional capacity may be available but will be subject to an added fee.
