Campground Overview
Cumberland Bay State Park, on the west shore of Lake Champlain, is very popular with campers because of its large natural sand beach. Cumberland Bay is located in Plattsburg at the north east tip of the Adirondack park just south of the Canadian border. It offers 142 campsites, of which 7 are directly by the water. There are no electric sites. There is an extensive beach looking out across Lake Champlain to the mountains of Vermont.
