Lincoln Pond provides the opportunity for primitive, island, or "developed site" camping. Large enough to accommodate motor boats, but sheltered from most harsh winds, this facility maintains a bathing beach and provides a very popular canoe, kayak and rowboat rental area.
This campground is smaller than average compared to other DEC campgrounds offering a quieter experience. It ranks high for those looking for a true waterside experience. The remote site and many of the off water sites provide excellent privacy. Off water sites are more suited to tents and smaller trailers due to road grade and smaller site pads.
A great spot to consider for those who like the waterside experience, along with water activities such as boating, kayaking, swimming and fishing.
Lincoln Pond offers 34 campsites of which 7 are remote watersites and 3 are boat in only. All sites are non-electric. 9 of the drive in sites in the main campground are directly by the water.
