Located on the northern end of Lake George, Rogers Rock is a very popular family campground. Campers enjoy swimming, bicycling, fishing, boating, and hiking at this recreation facility. There are two group camping areas, which are very popular with families and groups of friends. The park is located just 6 miles south of Ticonderoga, which has many interesting historical sites and educational opportunities.
Rogers Rock has 301 drive-in campsites and 10 boat-in sites (Flirtation Island, Temple Island, and Waltonian Island). 10 of the drive-in campsites are directly by the water. There are no electric sites.
